How are you different from other capital raisers?
We do not raise capital. We are a custom marketing service provider. We are not a broker dealer, Private wealth management firm or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We are not a funnel builder. We generate leads for sponsors/GPs by promoting their listing on our The Listing Hub to existing and new investor networks.
What is the investment for your service?
We are a customized flat fee marketing service. The investment is contingent upon the complexity of the marketing campaigns we’ll need to build in order to reach your targeted audience. We take into account your target objectives, the attractiveness of your offering, the asset type, the timeframe of your raise, among other factors. Please reach out to us with some basic details of your offering for us to give you an estimated cost.
How do you compare to other options of marketing?
Some marketing companies will raise the money for you with a Co-GP model where they charge you 30-50% of GP equity + costs and you never get the relationship with the individual investors

Funnel-building companies may charge you $10 - 50k but you only get 1 campaign such as a webinar campaign.

There a seminars that will teach you the DIY ways of marketing, but it’s still in you to learn and pay for all the pieces plus hire the teams to implement it

Do I pay for your services as well as the ad spend?
No, any ad spend we plan for is included in the cost of the service fee.
Step 1 qualification refers to becoming a PREIshare approved sponsor. Can you explain more?
Becoming an approved sponsor consists of filling out an application, providing a track record of current and sold assets, a reference page and signing a sponsor agreement. Do I get 150 leads from the start of my project?
The first 3-4 weeks of your project will be onboarding, strategy and campaign execution. Once campaigns start to run (approximately 21-30 days into your project), we guarantee a minimum of 150 accredited investor leads.

How do I receive the leads each month?
We will keep all the leads within a spreadsheet that you will have access to that is updated in real time.

What if 150 leads is too much for us to handle?
We can supply an appointment setter as part of the package to do the initial contact first and send over only the extra hot leads direct to your sales team. We will still provide you with all leads that you can continue to nurture.
What happens if a lead comes that ends up not being accredited?
We cannot promise that those who self accredit will be truthful in their response and it is in the best interest of the sponsor to verify before taking any investment from a lead.
